About Giselle Calderon

Founded in 2025 by Certified Personal Trainer and Kinesiology graduate Giselle Calderon, Body Habit is the result of a deeply personal journey.

As a teen, Giselle battled anorexia — a struggle that led to years of healing and a lifelong commitment to helping others build a healthy relationship with fitness, their habits, and their bodies. Through that process, she discovered the power of showing up consistently, not perfectly. That mindset became her mission.

During her own fitness journey, she struggled to find activewear that supported both her body and her lifestyle — something made for real people for real moments in life, not just the highlights. So she created it.
