1. What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes S through 3X to support a wide range of body types and make you feel as comfortable and confident throughout your routine. Please refer to our [Size Guide] to find the best fit for you.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that, standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days depending on your location.
3. How do shipping rates work?
Shipping rates are based on your order total and are calculated automatically at checkout. Orders over $35 get free shipping.
4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We’re working on offering international shipping in the future—stay tuned!
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We offer a 15-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Please read full details here.
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or item, we recommend returning your item (once approved) and placing a new order.
7. What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
We're so sorry! Please email us at info@bodyhabit.us within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, include your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Yes, our pieces are designed to be true to size, but we always recommend checking our [Size Guide] before purchasing.
11. How do I care for my items?
To keep your Body Habit pieces looking their best, we recommend turning them inside out and washing them in cold to warm water with like colors. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. For longest wear, lay flat or hang to dry—or tumble dry on low if needed. Taking care of your activewear helps it take care of you!
