Refund policy
At Body Habit, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return request window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be returned and received within 15 days from the date of approval to be eligible for a full refund. Additionally, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@bodyhabit.us with your order details. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your package. Please note: customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. Any items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you would like a different item or size, we recommend returning your original item (once approved) and placing a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified if your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at info@bodyhabit.us. If Body Habit has not received the merchandise in its expected and original condition, the merchandise will be dealt with on a case to case basis.
